On days like these, it is important to remember that your mental health must be cared for. It is okay to take a break or do something that you love, like drawing, playing music, or baking. While self-care customs sometimes help, a face-mask and bubble bath do not always cure your sadness. Don't let your mind get flooded with stressful thoughts and don't forget to take care of her. Sometimes, you just have to remember to breathe.
